Product Marketing Role at Prudential

This role will support the team in managing and implementing product marketing campaigns, which involve developing product positioning, materials, and communication strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials and communication strategies.
  • Develop and maintain product brochures, videos, and other marketing materials, effectively communicating product propositions to customers through various channels.
  • Initiate and develop product promotion flyers, working closely with related teams to ensure promotions are delivered to customers, agents, and bank partners.
  • Assist in customer-centric communications projects, driving simplicity and clarity in customer-facing marketing materials, and working with external creative agencies to develop impactful and professional materials.
  • Manage the team budget, ensuring project costs are reasonable and acceptable, and participating in negotiations with vendors to form win-win contractual agreements.
  • Participate in regulatory and special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience.
  • Proven experience in developing communications materials and coordinating product launch campaigns.
  • Strong ability to understand customers' needs and translate technical product information into customer-friendly language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
