The Role
As our Sales Coordinator, you will support a team of 5-6 members in daily operations, handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and compile sales reports. You will also assist in ad hoc projects and collaborate closely with the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Handle customer correspondence and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist in preparing quotations and coordinating orders.
- Compile sales reports and analyze market trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced professional with at least one year of work experience in forwarders or a similar industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, Cantonese, Chinese, and Mandarin, as well as strong customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office is also essential.
