Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Operations Specialist to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our Global HR Team, you will be responsible for leading multiple concurrent projects across various regions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align project activities across different regions, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement cross-project planning and governance strategies to ensure timely delivery and quality results.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, resources, issues/risks, and timelines across concurrent projects.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Program – Employee to manage and monitor IT project costs and budget.
  • Act as a project manager for timely and quality delivery of specific initiatives.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A university degree.
  • PMP certification or similar desirable.
  • At least 8 years' work experience as a Project Manager/PMO for Global/Regional/Multi-country initiatives.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end project life cycles and leading multiple concurrent projects involving multiple internal/external, local/global stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
