About the Role
To support our rapid business expansion in Hong Kong, we are seeking a highly driven and motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our vibrant Hong Kong Business Development Team. This role holds a critical and cross-functional position, as it will involve close collaboration with our IT, product development, business support, and senior management teams. This Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for qualifying, verifying, classifying, and converting sales leads. The role will also interact with marketers and merchants to handle their CRM requests, as well as provide daily business support to the Business Development Manager and top management.
Responsibilities
- Assist the business development team to handle online customer service enquiries, CRM projects, daily account management to key clients and merchants, and other sales related forms and paperwork
- Assist the team to support and setup corporate client campaigns
- Manage data for data-driven business decisions to run test on sales and market intelligence efforts
- Provide support to other business development and business operation related matters for the team
- Work closely with Marketing team to launch seasonable promotions and update sales pitching materials
- Assist senior management to manage data governance projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Statistics, or other related disciplines
- 2-4 year of experience in sales team assistance, ideally within the sales operations or data analysis spectrum
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship or part-time experiences will also be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLookup, Pivot Tables, charting) and Microsoft PowerPoint (a plus)
- Knowledge of Salesforce and G Suite (a plus)
- Native Cantonese speaker with proficiency in written and spoken English (a must)
- Excellent analytical thinking skills
- Good business acumen, performance-driven, confident with a strong work ethic, and an active and responsible team player
- Self-motivated with a "get-it-done" attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
