Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to support our business growth in Malaysia and Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and delivering value to our clients.

This exciting opportunity will focus on supporting our business operations across the Asia region. You will work closely with our regional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

  • Responsibilities:
  • To complete project feasibility studies - identifying scope, key stakeholders, project milestones, roadmap, etc.
  • Perform data sourcing gap analysis, identify, and propose solutions, translate to operation and IT team for development.
  • Prepare functional specification for IT development.
  • Define testing strategy, perform validation in UAT, and manage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Manage coordination at Country level on covering Malaysia and Singapore business, act as the representative for Malaysia and Singapore teams in group level meetings.
  • Drive and manage all stages in project life cycle, from project initialization to project closure.
  • Provide project status updates on a regular basis to different stakeholders and senior management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience in project management and business analysis, preferred.
  • Well-versed knowledge in the operations of regional markets is necessary.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of work experience, or candidates with less experience will be considered for the Business Analyst role.
  • Can work independently with limited guidance with analytical and control mindset; able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communications in English, good interpersonal skills.
