Position Overview

The Commercial Business Partner position is a key role in the Commercial team, responsible for supporting the sales teams to drive business growth, while ensuring sustainable growth. This involves providing guidance and leadership to business teams, driving delivery of exceptional support to clients, contractors, and producers.

Responsibilities
  • Drive operating and process standards in line with legislative, contractual, and business rules.
  • End-to-end Commercial finance and partnering as a Finance Business Partner with business heads for all commercial needs and business analysis.
  • Collaborate, influence, and negotiate with external and internal stakeholders to create a win-win situation for the organization.
Business Analysis & Financial Modelling
  • Annual Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting process including setting operational & financial targets.
  • Management reporting and Business/Financial analysis function.
Contract Bids / Requests for Proposals (RFP)
  • Leading all RFI/RFP end to end and supports sales team with rate negotiation, commercial discussion, to drive optimum outcomes for the business.
