Project Management

Lead and coordinate digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and effective stakeholder management.

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering

Conduct thorough business analysis, identify pain points, and gather requirements to inform digital transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Cargo BUs, IT, Digital, and other business units.

Communication and Collaboration

Develop and maintain effective communication channels, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and departments.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or a related field, with a strong background in air cargo or logistics.

Skills

Proven project management skills, with experience in Agile solution delivery, business process review, and digital product management.

Language

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with people at all levels and from diverse cultural backgrounds.
