Job Title: Senior Digital Strategy and Transformation Manager

About the Role:

As a Senior Digital Strategy and Transformation Manager at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, you will play a key role in shaping the digital future of our Wealth Management business. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving customer experience, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for Wealth Management, aligned with the bank's overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric digital solutions, leveraging agile methodologies and design thinking principles.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to build the capabilities of business project managers and product owners, ensuring they have the necessary skills to drive digital transformation.
• Establish a business analytics and customer experience management framework to inform data-driven decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance the competitiveness of our digital business and explore new market opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in banking, technology, or consulting, with a strong track record in digital business strategy and transformation.
• Proven expertise in agile methodologies, lean principles, value stream mapping, and design thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
