Job Title: Senior Digital Strategy and Transformation Manager

About the Role:

As a Senior Digital Strategy and Transformation Manager at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, you will play a key role in shaping the bank's digital business strategy and driving transformation initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement clear digital roadmaps, target scenarios, and annual key strategies for automation process development in Personal Banking's digital business. This includes enforcing quality assurance measures and testing standards for User Acceptance Test.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish a methodology, relevant processes, and quality assurance standards for the digital business in Personal Banking, and facilitate end-to-end implementation of User Acceptance Test from planning to execution.
  2. Conduct and implement roadmaps of the enforcement of Quality Assurance measures, Design Thinking, agile inception, and retrospectives sessions across different business units.
  3. Lead multiple business agile teams and provide on-the-job guidance and trainings to Business Project Managers (BPM) or Product Owners, providing product vision, user story writing, product backlog prioritization, and grooming sessions.
  4. Build a business analytics and customer and employee experience management framework for the digital business and drive continuous business optimization based on data and experience.
  5. Track financial technology trends and industry practices and continuously improve the competitiveness of digital business and explore new opportunities in the market.


Requirements:

  1. University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in banks, large technology companies, and consultant companies.
  3. Solid experience in digital business strategy plan/roadmap, maturity measurement, and diagnosis.
  4. Strong understanding of advanced digital working methodologies, including agile, lean, value stream mapping, and design thinking.
  5. Agile Product Owner/Scrum Master, Six Sigma professional, UAT automation tools (such as Selenium, Katalon) qualification is a plus.
  6. Ability to manage and build rapport with professional and different levels of business and technology stakeholders.
  7. Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good communication and presentation skills.
