Position Overview

We are enhancing our Global Sales Team and seeking a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager to join us.

The successful candidate will be a driven professional with aspirations for personal achievement, thriving in a Sales environment as a Hunter. This role demands a passion for presenting unlimited investment possibilities to existing clients while actively seeking new markets and clientele.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in business development, particularly in engaging with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Regional Head of Sales

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform existing contacts and clients into new business opportunities to drive the Company's Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
  • Generate new leads and cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager to design and implement an effective sales strategy tailored to specific market segments and opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established in collaboration with management.
  • Monitor competitive landscape developments.
  • Establish trust-based relationships with a portfolio of clients to retain their business.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of appropriate products and services to clients.
  • Act as a communication link between key clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a Sales role within the Financial Services or Investment sector.
  • A valid network of business contacts to develop a sales pipeline (HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors).
  • In-depth knowledge of the securities market, including stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures, and options.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial services sales and key account management, providing tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • *Highly motivated for Sales (Hunting and New Business Development) with strong energy and effective time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
