Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving the acquisition and activation of new banking accounts, leveraging sources identified and assigned by the Bank. Additionally, you will generate referrals for other green products to the appropriate business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and surpass assigned activity targets; Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, encouraging them to open new banking accounts, including but not limited to, securities/investment accounts, VIP Banking, and YOU Banking; Facilitate the activation of securities/investment accounts by guiding customers to execute their initial investment transaction; Successfully transition activated accounts to Sky RM units for ongoing relationship management; Promote other green products as directed by the Bank and generate sales referrals to branch colleagues or other departments as necessary; Maintain precise records using the current branch systems; Uphold the Bank's branding and image by conducting tasks with professionalism and engaging with customers courteously; Address customer inquiries and provide relevant services within your capacity, referring complex inquiries to the appropriate parties; Participate in localized or off-site promotional events.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

A university degree with at least 1 year of experience or secondary education with 2 years of frontline customer service experience in the banking sector; Successful completion of HKSI papers 1, 7 & 8; IIQE papers 1, 2 & 3 are advantageous; Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
