Salary
We offer an attractive salary for this position, estimated to be around $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
This role involves partnering with relationship managers in client relationship building and financial planning propositions. You will serve clients in the complete scope of insurance products, including whole life savings plans, universal life, endowment plans, retirement planning, and general insurance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with relationship managers in total client relationship building and financial planning propositions.
- Serve clients in the complete scope of insurance products.
- Lead and support the branch sales staff to achieve the insurance goal.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree holder with at least two years of insurance product sales experience and a proven track record.
- HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent plus IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5.
- Certified Retail Wealth Professional (CRWP) is preferred.
- Proactive and result-oriented with strong selling skills.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and knowledge of Mandarin preferred.
- Good relationship building and communication skills.
