Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, programming, and testing teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to end-users on new systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with external clients and internal stakeholders on the status of systems and potential developments.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree holder or above.
  • Experience: 1 year or above relevant experience in the settlement of securities and fixed income products.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Ambitious in Change Management, eager to explore and grow in a fast-growing business. Knowledge in settlement and delivery process of investment products, global securities markets, and SWIFT message format. PMP qualifications an advantage.
  • Language: Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
