Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Strategy & Sales Management Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and optimizing sales opportunities, creating value for customers, and delivering sales plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Strategy & Sales Management in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Develop cross-product selling opportunities and leverage various product lines to achieve business objectives.
  • Formulate action plans to ensure satisfactory business results and develop a review mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities.
  • Oversee the opportunity pipeline and drive effective sales activities by responding to client requests.
  • Initiate and implement effective business campaigns with strategic partners.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for innovative and strategic product development plans.
  • Develop trusted and constructive strategic partnerships with internal departments to derive customer-oriented products.
  • Build market share through effective partnership strategies.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience, preferably in the banking sector, with knowledge of strategy planning, product, and relationship management.
  • Proven track record in managing sales and leading teams that deliver results aligned to long-term strategic business goals.
  • Ability to work on multi-function projects in a dynamic and competitive environment.
  • Solid experience in formulating business sales strategies and transformation projects with strong leadership capability.
  • Sound problem-solving skills to distill complex business issues and make use of data analytics to derive innovative solutions.
  • Open to new ideas and agile in working, with the ability to drive and embrace change and transformation.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Great sense of ownership and a servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
