Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our Client Services team, reporting directly to the Head of Distribution Client Services. This role is integral to delivering efficient client support and reporting assistance to our Client Directors.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional client support to a designated portfolio of clients.

- Generate tailored client reports and oversee the distribution process for all client communications, ensuring adherence to deadlines for valuation reports, management invoices, quarterly investment summaries, and economic outlooks.

- Prepare and organize materials for client meetings, including re-pitches, and coordinate with the administrative team for printing and distribution.

- Develop and manage ad-hoc and non-standard reporting as required by clients.

- Gather data and prepare responses to various client inquiries and administrative questions.

- Maintain regular communication with Client Directors to keep them informed of any developments or issues concerning their clients.

- Oversee the rollover process for Defined Contribution pension scheme clients.

- Manage client onboarding processes, including initial and ongoing due diligence related to KYC/AML.

- Provide reporting assistance to distributors.

- Collaborate with various departments, including Investment Support, Performance, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure accurate client records are maintained across all systems and that any changes are executed promptly.

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all client records in compliance with internal and external requirements.

- Coordinate system workflows and the signing of legal documents in accordance with internal procedures.

- Address standard retirement hotline inquiries.

- Assist with projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector, preferably within Asset Management.

- Comprehensive understanding of client servicing in the asset management institutional and intermediary sectors.

- Proven track record in managing projects related to distribution initiatives, including reporting automation.

- High proficiency in Salesforce, KYC, and client onboarding processes.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client interaction.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
