About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative reward solutions architect to lead our global reward team and shape the organization's reward strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes and improving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Reward Strategy: Define and execute the global reward strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce needs.
  2. Lead the Global Reward Team: Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the global reward team to enhance their effectiveness and expertise.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner closely with business leaders, Finance, and Talent and Culture teams to align reward structures with Talent and Culture initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in human resources, with a focus on compensation & benefits, total rewards, and human resources systems.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
