Role Overview

An experienced professional is sought to join the HR team at a leading securities firm.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include overseeing HR policy development, compensation management, benefits leadership, and analytics reporting.

  • Develop and maintain HR policies in alignment with headquarters directives, organizational strategies, and industry standards.
  • Manage annual salary and benefits programs, including merit increases, promotions, and benchmarking surveys.
  • Lead employee benefits renewals and insurance processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Generate periodic analytical reports for leadership and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Expertise

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, strong knowledge of employment laws, financial sector regulations, and 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits within multinational corporations or financial institutions.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, along with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Demonstrated organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to collaborate effectively and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
