Role Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the Professional Services team at SHL, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored solutions to our clients through a variety of consulting and product-focused initiatives, while also driving sustainable growth within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Acting as a trusted consultant for clients in the development of talent management and acquisition strategies, utilizing SHL's solutions, assessments, talent analytics, and industry best practices. Building and nurturing client relationships through both presales and delivery engagements across various regions. Collaborating closely with the commercial team during the presales phase to provide expert insights and shape talent solutions that meet client requirements. Engaging with senior executives within client organizations to establish the framework for critical talent-related projects, presenting essential deliverables that influence talent strategies and decisions. Designing, executing, and managing talent consulting projects, including but not limited to job analysis, competency modeling, high-potential identification, succession planning, executive assessments, talent analytics, and bespoke assessment solution design. Delivering comprehensive behavioral and psychological insights regarding talent within client organizations, utilizing psychometric assessments and various face-to-face techniques. Implementing SHL development interventions within client organizations to foster behavioral changes that positively impact business outcomes through assessment debriefs, coaching sessions, and learning workshops. Analyzing talent data and employing data visualization techniques to create impactful presentations and reports that aid clients in their talent decision-making processes. Providing training to clients on the effective use of SHL psychometrics and behavioral assessment methodologies. Offering mentorship and guidance to junior team members within the organization. Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates will possess 5-8 years of experience in Talent Management, gained through consultancy roles or relevant HR positions. A postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology or Human Resources is preferred, along with a demonstrated passion for designing and implementing talent solutions. Extensive experience in talent assessment and consulting at the executive level is advantageous. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential.
