Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the Area Sales Team in Greater China to drive business growth and maximize sales. Your key focus areas include developing strategic relationships with travel retail operators, managing P&L, recruiting and team development, protecting brand image, and driving operational excellence at POS level.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute yearly joint business plans with retailers to align on strategy, drive sell-out, and leverage brand authority.
• Achieve annual sales targets, monitor inventory levels, and develop assortment plans with retailers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, manage A&P/Trade Opex budgets, and ensure best possible profitability by optimizing expenses.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Retail management, and marketing.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
• Result-driven with strong sense of brand image and P&L.
• Successful experience within the retail industry is a plus.
