Transformative Leadership Opportunity

HSBC is embarking on a groundbreaking journey to build the best banking app in the world, and we're seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Platform Governance and Oversight Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and embed robust governance processes to ensure seamless operation and service availability for HSBC's digital platforms, supporting millions of customers globally.
  • Facilitate high-level forums, including Steering Committees, ExCo, and CEO updates, by preparing and presenting materials.
  • Drive programme delivery by managing end-to-end reporting, financial tracking, resourcing, and re-prioritization for the Central Transformation Office and key value streams.
  • Lead a global team, overseeing onshore and offshore transformation teams, ensuring alignment with HSBC's change management standards and risk frameworks.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in similar roles in a digital environment with experience of large-scale, complex change programmes, within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills, with previous management consulting experience highly desired.
  • Experience in a global or regional role, with proven experience in working in a cross-functional matrix environment with market and global teams.
  • Excellent track record in managing complex change, with previous experience in technology-related change.
  • Very strong communication skills, both in verbal and written form, with the ability to write executive-level reports and compile high-quality presentation packs for C-suite level consumption.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
