Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with account teams under the direction of the Account Director and Manager to assist in the media planning and buying process.
  • Prepare monthly competitive analysis reports for brand performance.
  • Maintain and update media schedules and flowcharts in response to ongoing developments.
  • Aid colleagues in crafting campaign recommendations and post-campaign evaluations, along with any additional requests as necessary.
  • Gain insights into the client and campaign landscape, including proficiency in social media advertising platforms and media metrics.
  • Manage planning and purchasing documentation and billing workflows.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Attend various foundational training sessions and obtain relevant certifications.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Holds a university degree.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with social media tools, analytical platforms, and vendor interactions.
  • Possesses strong organizational and quantitative skills.
  • Experience in the luxury market is advantageous.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
