About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Payment Solutions team as a Payment Solutions Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving initiatives aimed at digitalization and operational procedures to enhance customer and channel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in initiatives to drive payment solutions and company strategic projects to fulfill business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with OBS, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth implementation by the predefined target date.
- System liaison for growing efficiency: collaborate with IT and OBS to improve systems, automate processes, and implement validation rules.
- Participate in digitalization efforts within the payment domain.
- Digital promotion support: assist in digital promotion efforts, including communication with channels, agency visits, and preparation of promotional materials.
- Project communication: effectively communicate project status, updates, and deliverables to both external and internal collaborators.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as periodically assigned by management to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication abilities and a professional appearance.
- Strong interest in effective problem-solving.
- Comprehensive understanding of payment systems and customer experience.
- Collaborative teammate with a strong sense of responsibility and the capability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must acquire the relevant license if the role involves regulated activities.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Preference will be given to candidates with IIQE papers 1, 3, and 5.
