Our Governance Risk Advisory Services practice offers cutting-edge solutions in risk management, regulatory compliance, governance, and oversight, enabling our clients to concentrate on their core operations and stakeholder engagement.

You will gain valuable insights into various facets of a client's operations, ranging from strategic governance to financial and operational processes. Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal control assessments, compliance evaluations, SOX support projects, and risk analysis for clients across diverse industries, working independently.Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality execution of governance, risk management, compliance, or internal control projects, adhering to firm risk management protocols.Assist in project teams and support engagement management to achieve project objectives effectively.Identify opportunities for control and performance enhancements for clients, communicating findings to senior management and client representatives.Facilitate engagement planning, scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks for projects. Experience & Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field.A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably within multinational corporations, publicly listed companies, or professional services firms.Familiarity with two or more of the following areas: corporate governance, risk management, internal controls, internal auditing, business processes, and compliance is preferred.Professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA, CIA, or equivalent are advantageous.Strong preference for knowledge and experience in audit methodologies, risk assessments, business processes, internal controls, and compliance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and communication abilities.Self-driven and capable of working autonomously.Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
