Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal control assessments, compliance evaluations, SOX support initiatives, and risk analysis for clients across multiple industries, independently.Collaborate within project teams to ensure high-quality execution of governance, risk management, compliance, or internal control projects in accordance with established risk management protocols.Assist engagement management in achieving project objectives effectively.Identify opportunities for control and performance enhancements for clients, communicating findings to senior leadership and client representatives.Support the planning, scheduling, coordination, and administration of engagements. Experience & Background
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field.A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably within multinational corporations, publicly traded companies, or consulting firms.Familiarity with two or more of the following areas: corporate governance, risk management, internal controls, internal audit, business processes, and compliance is preferred.Professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA, CIA, or equivalent are advantageous.Strong preference for knowledge and experience in audit methodologies, risk assessments, business processes, internal controls, and compliance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and communication abilities.Self-driven and capable of working autonomously.Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
