Job Summary:
As a Housekeeping Coordinator at Shangri-La Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations in our hotel rooms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing guest requests efficiently
- Recording accurate room status and investigating discrepancies
- Maintaining and updating administrative data
- Controlling keys and monitoring lost property
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in hospitality management, preferably with experience in the hotel industry. Your excellent communication and organizational skills, coupled with your proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, will enable you to excel in this role.
A certificate in hospitality management or related fields is required, as well as fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. All applicant information will be kept confidential and used only for recruitment purposes.
