About the RoleThis position is part of our sector development team for financial services in our Markets team. The team member will assist the finance sector and account management program, supporting the team in developing, growing, and managing key accounts.
Responsibilities- Assist the leadership team in driving and increasing KPMG's market share in the financial services ecosystem.
- Support the leadership team in the annual sector planning process, helping to manage and drive the planning process and working closely with senior team members.
- Maintain regular contact with global and regional team peers to stay abreast of the latest developments within the sector.
- Support key priority account and growth target teams when they go-to-market and prepare for client pitches and presentations, sharing sector insights.
- University graduate with at least 3 years relevant experience.
- Background in a professional services or financial services would be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-conscious, and proactive.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with flexibility to adapt to different working styles of senior stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS office suite is essential.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is desirable.
