Key Account Development Executive

Welcome to Zai Lab, a leading biotechnology company committed to developing innovative treatments for patients worldwide. We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the oncology market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, a proven track record of success in sales, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our key products to current and potential clients, achieving sales targets, and establishing and implementing sales plans that align with our overall sales and marketing strategies.
Job Description- Promote key products to current and potential clients in HA & private Sectors
- Achieve product and company sales targets and business objectives
- Establish and implement sales plans according to overall sales and marketing strategies
You will also identify opportunities for new business, develop and maintain rapport relationships with KOLs and key accounts, and support new product launches and other PR / marketing programs and activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- University graduate, preferably degree holder in science related discipline
- At least 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in solid Oncology field is highly preferred
