About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our team at GroupM. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering planning recommendations and ensuring smooth account coordination internally and externally with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to overall media strategy development, including understanding and interpreting briefs and applying insights to develop marketing and communications solutions.
- Understand the client's market position to achieve optimal negotiation for clients.
- Ensure regular reporting is delivered on time and accurately.
- Ensure that campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies.
- Develop and build relationships with clients, acting as the first point of contact on account requirements.
- Develop strong working relationships with key agency and media partners, including acting as the first point of contact for operational issues.
- Keep current on media trends, identify and implement local media initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, with a major in Marketing, Information Management, Business, or Mathematics being an advantage.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Good at numbers and have attention to detail.
- Able to work independently but also a good team player.
- Possess a passion for pursuing a career in media and digital industries.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- With 2+ years' experience working in a media agency.
