We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee in Finance. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for assisting in the production and certification of key financial metrics for Financing Business lines in Asia.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses to support business decisions;
- Contribute to the development of cost control and headcount analysis to inform departmental strategy;
- Work on ad-hoc studies and projects to enhance the delivery of key financial metrics;
- Participate actively in management control processes with cross-functional teams;
- Enhance deliverables to meet business needs and adapt to organizational changes.
As a Trainee in Finance, you will have access to a comprehensive training program that covers various aspects of finance, including technical skills, leadership development, and communication skills.
You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders, developing your analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Profile Requirements- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Solution-focused and service-oriented approach;
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or controlling;
- Fluent English language skills, with French and/or Chinese considered an asset;
- Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities and high demands.
The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
