Responsibilities

Requirements and Skills

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must have:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, supported by 7-10 years of underwriting experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, enabling effective guidance and mentorship of junior staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating rapport-building with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, make informed decisions, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems used for underwriting and risk assessment.
