This position is a fixed-term contract of 2 years, with the possibility of renewal based on organizational needs and individual performance.

Role Overview: Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Membership team, the Membership Officer will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing member engagement and retention. This role requires collaboration with various internal teams to design and implement marketing strategies, coordinate membership events, develop promotional materials, and manage public communication channels to ensure an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating membership and marketing communication materials, including copywriting, design, printing, and production.
  • Work with internal teams to execute projects that improve the membership experience and engagement, including coordinating email marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Support and organize membership events to foster member retention and engagement.
  • Help maintain the M+ and WKCD websites, ensuring they are current and informative.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the membership team, including data entry, record management, payment processing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Utilize the CRM system to gather data and prepare necessary reports.
  • Assist in monitoring the budget and expenses related to membership operations and marketing activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to enhance the membership program.

Qualifications:

  • A recognized university degree in hospitality, tourism, sales & marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and communications, membership management, event coordination, or content management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and enthusiasm.
