Facilities Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Director to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including repair and maintenance, procurement, accounting and budgeting, and room booking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of a strategic business plan for the delivery of services to our clients
  • Ensure that Standard and Emergency Operating Procedures and Inventory records for all services are up to date
  • Supervise repair and maintenance works, assist in coordination of churn activity
  • Project manage small renovation or refurbishment projects, including defects rectification
  • Manage the single point of Management Control for FM and Engineering operations in client sites
  • Provide superior customer service to clients through all Facility functions
  • Routinely inspect all areas to ensure performance measures are being maintained and proactively self-report problems of facilities

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in property, building or facilities management required
  • 8 years or more relevant working experience, including 1 year Vendor Administration
  • Experience in Facilities Management is required
  • Strong Customer Service focus
  • Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
  • Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
  • Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
