Job Title: Director of Quality, Asia Pacific

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Quality to lead our Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Quality Engineering department and Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
  • Partner with Program Managers and TTM project teams to develop quality solutions and improvements in support of key customers.
  • Represent TTM and work directly with customers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with multiple TTM sites around the world to share best practices and lessons learned.
  • Define and establish continuous improvement standards and drive culture throughout Asia Pacific.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a quality leadership capacity.
  • Previous experience working within or closely with the PCB industry.
  • Full understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality system standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective plans and communicate effectively to achieve individual and group goals.
