ConnectedGroup seeks an experienced Senior Manager, FP&A to join our growing team. This role requires a highly skilled and motivated individual who can drive financial and strategic planning processes to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
- Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with recognized accounting qualification. A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in FP&A, is required. Industry experience in IT/Telecommunication/SaaS is essential, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is also necessary.
