The Membership Supervisor plays a vital role in our membership services team, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our museum.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high quality customer service duties in the member's lounge;
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints; flag unusual situations or unresolved issues to supervisor;
  • Handle membership transactions, e.g. membership enrollment, renewal, upgrade, ticket conversion; proactively introduce M+ membership to guests;
  • Promote members' benefits and introduce members' only events or activities;
  • Provide supervision and training to ambassadors when necessary;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
