This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, change management principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping users succeed with new solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and address challenges related to adoption.
- Create training materials, workshops, and resources to support users in learning and utilizing new systems effectively.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in system administration.
- Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of latest Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Windows as a Service deployment processes, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Apple technologies management.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $70,000-$90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The Client will offer medical insurance and contract end bonus.
