About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Client Manager to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our regional clients to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with our network of offices to deliver exceptional client experiences in each market.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to maximize revenue and margin targets.
- Collaborate with local Client Managers to develop and drive Dimension Data strategy within assigned regional accounts.
- Utilize engagement skills to establish account strategies with key stakeholders, focusing on power, receptivity, and dissatisfaction.
- Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts.
- Effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast using NTT's sales tools and methodology.
- Stay up-to-date on International Trade Policy and its implications on our business.
- Meet or exceed quota targets through comprehensive account management.
- Grow profitability, revenues, and client satisfaction levels for NTT's regional clients' portfolio.
- Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients' buying process, taking ownership of commercial agreements.
- Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs and articulating how NTT can add value through services and solutions.
- Approach account management in a systematic way, identifying strategies to develop and grow accounts profitably.
- Conduct vulnerability analysis to ensure client requirements are at the heart of proposed solutions.
- Positively influence and enable financial control, governance, and compliance in regions to prevent and reduce financial costs.
- Act as the first point of contact for client issues.
Requirements
- Sales business acumen, including planning, leveraging tools and data, and focusing on NTT business requirements.
- Sales client engagement and management, including understanding client needs, effective sales planning, and building trust.
- Sales solution skills, including knowledge of NTT offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends.
- Sales pursuit, including identifying and advancing opportunities at assigned prospects and clients.
