Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accounting & Admin Assistant to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will have experience in accounting and administrative support and be able to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the European General Manager and provide daily accounting and administrative support.
  • Perform various accounting tasks, including journal entries, data entry, and preparing vouchers.
  • Support the purchasing team in drafting, issuing, and following up on sales quotations.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors via phone calls and emails.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 2+ years of work experience in an office environment.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
