Accounting Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our team. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring record accuracy, and assisting with month-end closing processes.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a listed company or sizeable audit firm. Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, are essential.

Requirements

  • Reporting: The Assistant Accountant will be accountable to the Accounting Manager.
  • Daily Accounting Operations: Daily management of accounting functions, including banking and treasury activities.
  • Accuracy of Records: Maintain accurate and organized accounting records, verifying vouchers and reviewing documentation.
  • Month-End Closing: Support the month-end closing process, obtain online approvals, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Daily Financial Operations: Manage daily financial tasks, including payment processing, expense management, and contract reviews.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with an 8-member accounting team.
  • Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience, with preference for listed companies or large audit firms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Chinese.
