Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller / Finance General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all finance and accounting activities for the Group, including planning and implementing measures to safeguard company assets, developing and implementing accounting systems and practices, and coordinating annual budget preparation with department heads.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all finance and accounting activities for the Group
Plan and implement measures to safeguard company assets
Develop and implement accounting systems and practices for the Group
Coordinate annual budget preparation with department heads
Handle tax matters, including annual audit and tax office queries
Prepare and present monthly business performance reports to management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance, with professional accounting qualifications
10+ years relevant accounting and finance experience, with solid manufacturing exposure
Proficient in Chinese and English, including Putonghua
Experience in garment/textiles/toys/handbag manufacturers is a plus
An advantage if experience in both China and offshore factories
