Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller / Finance General Manager to lead our finance team in Hong Kong, China and Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all finance and accounting activities for the Group
• Plan and implement measures to safeguard company assets
• Develop and implement accounting systems and practices for the Group
• Coordinate annual budget preparation with department heads
• Handle tax matters, including annual audit and tax office queries
• Prepare and present monthly business performance reports to management

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance, with professional accounting qualifications
• 10+ years relevant accounting and finance experience, with solid manufacturing exposure
• Proficient in Chinese and English, including Putonghua
• Experience in garment/textiles/toys/handbag manufacturers is a plus
• An advantage if experience in both China and offshore factories
