We are seeking a Chief Financial Strategist to lead our finance team and drive business growth.

Company Overview:

• A leading garment manufacturing group with factories in Guangdong and Vietnam.
• Main market includes the US, European, and Canadian markets for international garment brands.

Salary: 13 months salary guaranteed, annual performance bonus, medical insurance.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan and carry out accounting activities for the Group to maintain timely and accurate reports to management, local tax offices, auditors, and bankers.
2. Develop and implement accounting systems and practices for the Group.
3. Coordinate department heads and the accounting team in annual budget preparation.
4. Handle all matters relating to tax, including annual audit and tax office queries for all business locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance, with professional accounting qualifications.
• 10+ years relevant accounting and finance experience, with solid manufacturing exposure.
• Proficient in Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
• Experience in garment/textiles/toys/handbag manufacturers is a plus.
