Job Title: Accounting and Administration Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Admin Assistant to join our team. As an Accounting and Admin Assistant, you will report to the European General Manager of the HK office. Key responsibilities include providing daily accounting and administrative support, performing daily accounting operations, drafting sales quotations, communicating with clients and vendors, preparing accounting documents, and coordinating transportation and travel arrangements.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily accounting and administrative support
- Perform daily accounting operations, including journal entries, data entry, and preparation of vouchers and general accounting duties
- Draft, issue, and follow up sales quotations
- Communicate with clients and vendors via phone calls and email
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Coordinate transportation, travel, and accommodation arrangements

Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in an office environment
- Exposure to accounting or office administrative support is highly preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
