About Us:
JPC Texson Ltd is a reputable garment manufacturer with headquarters in Hong Kong and factories in Vietnam and China. Our main products include infant wear and children wear, which we export to the US, European, and Canadian markets.
The Job:
- We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Textiles/Clothing or a related field.
- 5+ years managerial level experience in sales, marketing, or merchandising, preferably in the infant and kids' garment industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- You will report directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Bld and maintain relationships with key clients in the US and Europe.
- Develop strategic marketing plans tailored for key customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives in the US and European markets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the US and Europe.
- Work closely with clients to understand their merchandising needs and provide tailored solutions for infant and kids' garments.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote infant and kids' garments in the US and Europe.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve Team KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement in the US and European markets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
