As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, including advice, broking, placement, billing, claims monitoring, and management.

You will be responsible for broking and placement of financial line insurance, including Directors & Officers Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance, Cyber Liability Insurance, and other related products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client servicing, including advice, broking, placement, billing, claims monitoring, and management
  • Responsible for broking and placement of financial line insurance
  • Operate insurance schemes and manage schemes databases
  • Maintain operation excellence, including Time Recording System, Aon Connect, DMI
  • Support ad-hoc projects, such as sales ePlatform
Requirements
  • University graduate, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Risk Management/Insurance
  • At least 5 years' experience in insurance, banking, or financial industry
  • Good connection with the financial industry will be an advantage
  • Mature, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Good command of computer skills, including MS Office applications
