Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance on talent development to business leaders.
- Identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and deliver training programs that align with business objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with HRBP and business leaders to implement employee engagement strategies.
- Support organizational change initiatives by designing and facilitating workshops and meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or other related disciplines.
- 10 years of working experience in learning and development or talent development field.
- Knowledge of e-training platforms and people development tools will be an advantage.
- Presentable, energetic, self-motivated, and has excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a must.
