Administrative Assistant for Project Management Team

We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to join our Project Management Team in Hong Kong. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects and developing your project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support, including diary management, data entry, and document preparation;
  • Supporting the Project Manager in managing projects, including coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking progress;
  • Assisting with purchasing, logging project costs, invoicing, and expense reconciliation;
  • Providing logistical support for internal and external meetings, including venue arrangements and catering;
  • Developing project management skills and experience through collaboration with senior team members and participation in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree educated;
  • Fresh graduates welcome, working experience an advantage;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
  • Able to multi-task and balance conflicting priorities;
  • High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat, PowerPoint);
  • Solutions-focused, results-driven, and thrive in challenging environments;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service;
  • Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work collaboratively;
  • Flexible mindset, strong work ethic, demonstrated initiative, and problem-solving skills.

This role involves regular interaction with colleagues across various global offices. A professional attitude, collegiate approach, and discretion are essential in handling confidential information.
