About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Executive to join our team at HSBC. As a key member of our Digital Business Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Catering and Event Planning: Support the Head of Hospitality Services in planning and executing catering events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Tabulation and Financial Management: Tabulate all catering expenses and input the data into the financial system for monthly submission.
  • Senior Executive Support: Manage internal and external business and social engagements for senior executives, including organizing and running the International Assignee Partner Programme and volunteering activities.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Identify volunteering opportunities, plan, organize, and implement community, social, and seasonal events that directly impact the purpose of sustainability.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate all venue bookings and set up arrangements for in-house events.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned by the Head of Hospitality Services.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact well with others.
  • Willingness to Learn: Willing and enthusiastic learner with a can-do attitude.
  • Administrative Skills: Basic administrative or secretarial skills with a meticulous mindset.
  • Experience in Hospitality: Two years of working experience in Guest Services/Sales/Event Executive in hospitality – Food and Beverage industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Food and Beverage industry products and customer service standards.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with interest to learn new software and systems.
  • Team Player: Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
