Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Lounge Officer to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the club lounge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
  • Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages to guests.
  • Stock ice, glassware, and supplies as needed.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly to ensure seamless service.
  • Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Complete opening and closing duties to ensure a smooth operation of the club lounge.
  • Requisition all necessary supplies and transport them from the storeroom to the bar set-up area as required.
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas to prevent loss or damage.
  • Document pertinent information in the department logbook to maintain accurate records.
  • Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No related work experience is required, but previous experience in a similar role would be an asset.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
