Job Title: Lounge Attendant

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Lounge Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our lounge staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, adhering to company and legal standards.
  • Engage with customers, demonstrating warmth and professionalism.
  • Support the Supervisor in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Perform start-of-shift duties, including stocking service counters and maintaining lounge cleanliness.
  • Take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer needs are met or exceeded.
  • Anticipate customer needs, work with the team to deliver special lounge experiences, and maintain accurate records of food and beverages wastage.
  • Coach new joiners during on-job-training, imparting operational knowledge and customer insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory and service requirements, ensuring alignment of policies and procedures with operational standards.
Requirements:
  • Right to work in Hong Kong.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • F.5 or Diploma in Hospitality/F&B or related disciplines is an advantage.
  • Relevant working experience in catering, hospitality, fine dining, or luxury hotels is an advantage.
  • Standard of spoken/written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented, energetic, and helpful personality.
  • Keen to develop a career in Food & Beverage industry.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, great teamwork, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in different working hours, able to work overtime in case of flights delay.
